PEC Development Group is committed to its people, its partners and the successful property development of its communities. In 1997 we brought a team together – a group determined to make their professional mark on the burgeoning real estate development market in metro Atlanta. Today, we have established ourselves as one of the most diverse and successful residential real estate development companies in the southeast.

Beginning with a single community in North Atlanta, PEC has continued to create sensible master-planned communities spanning numerous and distinct areas of Atlanta. PEC has made its mark across the Southeast with projects in Atlanta, Alabama, South Carolina and Florida.

At PEC, we are proud of the relationships we are creating through our involvement in each new community, such as reserving acreage for public uses like fire stations and donating $25,000 to neighborhood schools.

Some of our current and future community developments within the Southeast include:

• James Creek in Forsyth County, a master- planned community comprised of 904 town homes and single- family homes.
• Canton West in Cherokee County, comprised of 2,000 multi-family and single- family homes.
• The Golden Triangle in Baldwin County, Alabama, a 3,900-acre mixed-use development comprised of condos, town homes, single-family units, large amenity areas and even a school campus just 30 minutes from Mobile.

At James Creek, PEC Development Group reserved more than 20 percent of the land for open green space. The Canton West and Golden Triangle projects will include at least that amount open public space.
