


Paul began his career in construction and development in 1987 with Ryland Group, Inc., one of the top three residential developers in the U.S.. Working for Ryland as a project manager in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta, GA, Paul managed all phases of construction for both single and multi family housing through final product utilizing a subcontractor base of over 50 companies. In 1991, Paul began work at Contech Construction Products, Inc. where he was the number one sales engineer for three years in the southeast region. Paul’s responsibilities included the design, marketing and sale of civil engineering products for residential and commercial site development and highway construction projects. Bringing a wealth of industry relationships and expertise, Paul became the President of PEC Development Group in 1997.
Todd was trained as a civil engineer before going to work at Contech Construction Products in 1991. As a sales engineer primarily in the Atlanta market, Todd’s responsibilities included the design, marketing and sale of civil engineering products for residential and commercial site development and highway construction projects. After forming a strong network of contacts with civil engineers, government officials, contractors, builders and developers, Todd partnered with Paul Corley to form PEC Development Group. Todd is affiliated with Urban Land Institute, National Association of Homebuilders, and the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.

Scot brings over 22 years of experience in commercial, retail and residential development to PEC Development Group. His experience includes managing the construction and development of several office buildings as well as the development of the first two new loft condominium projects built in Atlanta, Georgia. As PEC Development Group’s Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the overall operations of the company, contract feasibility, and project proforma development. Scot graduated from Purdue University with a Civil Engineering degree and is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute, Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
